Fifth Oracle eDiscourse: Emotional Body Awakening
Study Liber Aether throughout the Path of Eight Oracles.
In the Aetheric Cloud Exercise, you worked with the Aether, and in so doing, have Awakened your Consciousness in your Aetheric Body. You should now be sufficiently prepared, for learning to Consciously Project in your Emotional Body (i.e. Astral Body), onto the Emotional Plane (i.e. Astral Plane) (see Figure 6 on Page 21 and Figure 14 on Page 37 of Liber Aether). Although many Occultists learn how to Project at will, this is not our Mystical Purpose here, as performing any Metaphysical Works (such as those revealed on this website) without GOD'S concordance, is the Luciferian Path of Occultism. We are awakening this innate ability, however our Spirit will decide when we need to have an Astral Projection, as our Spirit is intimately connected with GOD. Thus, these experiences will always be for Selfless Divine Purposes. In Holy Guardian Angel — Spirit I mention my Astral Travelling experiences in early childhood. The last such experience occurred when I figured out how the process worked, and I did it at will. Once my Spirit consciously connected with me, while I hovered outside my bedroom window, it informed me that I wasn't to do that again. It gave me the impression that it would be a very long time, before I would be permitted to have any further such experiences, and they would be at its command, not mine.
To Consciously Project in your Emotional Body, onto the Emotional Plane, do the following:
1. You may perform this exercise, while comfortably seated in a chair, and also when you lay down on your back prior to sleeping.
2. Close your eyes. Inhale slowly and deeply through your nose, and then hold your breath for as long as comfortable, and FEEL it charging every cell in your body with vitality. Then exhale rapidly through your mouth, FEELING the charged particles in your entire body, leaving with that breath, and being pushed out a couple of arm's lengths from your physical body, thus building your Emotional Body nearby. Do this for a total of 8 times.
3. While breathing normally, roll your closed eyes upwards (to switch from Mundane to Mystic Consciousness), and focus your Consciousness at the base of the Alta Major Chakra — at the Nape of your Neck where it meets your skull (see Discussion of Figure 13 on page 34 of Liber Aether) — to attune with your Spirit. Do this for several minutes, then intone Ar-Arrr-Eee-Ooo-Mmm, 8 times, each time FEELING your consciousness leaving your body, and joining your Emotional Body, which you can FEEL nearby.
4. Relax with your eyes closed, and in a normal position, with your breathing being normal too. Continue to FEEL yourself in the Emotional Body nearby, and remain focused on this, for as long as you wish. Strive to remain conscious, yet unexcited should things occur, such as your Emotional Body vibrating, moving up an Astral Tunnel, or becoming conscious in your nearby Emotional Body. Just like a child learning to walk, there may be lots of stumbles along the way to awakening Astral Projection. Don't worry about the quality of your visualisations, the important thing is to actually FEEL these things occurring.
Do the above Mystical Exercise daily for a Sidereal Month, or until you have a successful Astral Projection, within that Timeframe. Then your Sacred Circle studies continue at the Sixth Oracle eDiscourse.
